Airless Bottle in Double-Layer

Acrylic bottles with airless pumps are outer and inner bottles with dispenser. Outer acrylic bottles can be preformed in round shape, rectangle shape, square shape and so on, and inner bottles are made from polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE) piston at the bottom. Once pressing the dispenser or pump, the bottom piston will push up the formulation out. Acrylic bottles with airless pumps are heavier and bigger than other single layer airless bottles.
